Position Overview

Centurion Health is seeking full-time Primary Care Physicians to serve as Regional Site Medical Directors for correctional facilities in the following regions:

• Central Missouri - Fulton, Jefferson City
• North Central Missouri - Boonville, Moberly, Tipton
• Northwest Missouri - Cameron, Chillicothe, St. Joseph
• Southeast Missouri - Bonne Terre, Charleston, Farmington

This hybrid role includes:

• On-site visits:
• 2 days per week
• Remote work: 3 days per week

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active, unrestricted Missouri license
• Active DEA and MO BNDD
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and credentialing

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, Day Shift
• Hybrid: On-site + Remote flexibility
• No nights, holidays or weekends
